Leafs were clogging the front pretty good, that said, Bruins need so simplify things. Trying to out deek 3 guys parked in front of the net is going to lead to a lot of turnovers.

Well what did you expect the Leafs to lay down and take it, Give them a little credit, they played hard and wanted it more, Rask came up with some big saves.

Its going to be a battle on Wed and will be a great, fast paced, chippy game. This is the series everyone expected, the problem is game 1 and 2 Boston could do no wrong, you had all the puck luck and lets not even talking about the officiating in game 4.

Boston is a fantastic team but you under estimated the boys in blue. its going to be the game 7 we all expect

Thought the Bruins took it to the Leafs for the most part the past 2 games until the 3rd last night. The Leafs played an unbelievable period protecting the lead. Very aggressive and not sitting back.

It's a coin flip in game #7. Bruins need even just an average goal on Andersen. He's in their head right now.

This series has finally turned into what we thought it would be (oh boy, I had my doubts after the first two games!).

Congrats on the new gig, Ty.

Maybe too much rest is a bad thing for Tampa! Either the Leafs or the Bruins will be a great series against Tampa,

Exactly. Holtby emerged as a star after that series, now Andersen is going to be the talk of the league and a Vezina winner next season.

So, if the Leafs win game 7, will Neely"s head explode? I find it hilarious the difference between Sweeny/Neely and Shanahan/Lamarillo's reactions. I'd be scared, if I were Cassidy. Better win.

First of all, Game 5 was played mostly on the PK, that is bound to drive up possession and other statistics for the Bruins. I will agree we haven't done a great job (any job?) at shutting down the top line. Even when they don't score, yes, they are usually driving possession.

All you can do is try to keep them to the outside and limit the quality of the shot, which game 5 and 6 they mostly were able to do.

The other thing to note is Game 5 Toronto sat back from about the 10 minute mark of the 2nd. They would gain the red line and dump it in with minimal forcheck. That just doesn't work, especially against the Bruins. You give them that much time, they WILL score.

Game 6 they let off the gas a bit, but still tried to at least get some pressure, but still, they were essentially gaining the zone and putting it deep, or firing a 50 foot shot on Rask.

From here I thought they did what the Bruins did at the end of Game 4 when they had the lead. Toronto got next to nothing going, Bruins shut it down. Good positioning and pressure, shot blocking, and get it hard out of the zone.

Playing with the lead will be key for Game 7

Keys to success in game 7 for Leafs?
- Freddie
- Stay out of the box
- Improve on the draw, game 6 was terrible
- Please don't put Komorov in.

This is what hockey is all about, great series so far highs and definitely lows. Another great original 6 matchup, can't wait for game 7!

I don't think this series has been lopsided at all. The Leafs were routinely outshot during the regular season - even in games they won easily. It's a reflection of their style of play, and not indicative of being outplayed

The top line for Boston has been awesome. I hope Marchand gets AIDS, but that line has been unreal. However, outside of that line, the Bruins forwards haven't done much. The Leafs superior depth has really started to benefit them. In each of their wins, a different group of forwards has emerged

Freddie has been unreal, so the Leafs definitely have a goaltending advantage. Hopefully that's enough to secure a win tomorrow night, but you never know. Coin flip, for sure

Game 7 Predictions:
Bruins will get 8 PP compared to 1-2 to the Leafs, Just to be consistent.
The fake news NBC commentators will complain that Leafs should not have gotten the 1 -2 PP...
Backes will elbow Freddie again but this time will not get penalized. Why should he.
Babcock will go ballistic with the one sided officiating and get a bench penalty.
Polak will lay out Pasternak at the blue line.
The hero of the game will be K Kapanen... 2 goals.
Rask will be lit up for 5.
Leafs will fly by Chara and the rest of B's defense.
Leafs win 5-2..
